Due to the nature of our handmade products please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays.
During periods of high volume shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event that there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
After receiving an email with a tracking number; your package is no longer in our possession. You will be responsible for contacting the carrier if you have any issues regarding your order.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN MAIL. IF YOU HAVE PRIORITY MAIL AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE AND THEY WILL REPLACE ANY STOLEN OR LOST MAIL UP TO $50
My tracking number says delivered, but I don't have my package
Please note, at times USPS will sometimes accidentally mark something as delivered, Then miraculously it will show up on your door step. Please contact USPS once your timeframe has passed to open a case if you do not receive your package.
Why does my product look different?
Soaps and scrubs may vary in color or shape, however their formula will be the exact same. We just like to spice things up sometimes.
