Shipping Information

Due to the nature of our handmade products please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays.   

During periods of high volume shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event that there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

After receiving an email with a tracking number; your package is no longer in our possession. You will be responsible for contacting the carrier if you have any issues regarding your order. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN MAIL. IF YOU HAVE PRIORITY MAIL AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE AND THEY WILL REPLACE ANY STOLEN OR LOST MAIL UP TO $50

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your order is wrong or missing an item please contact us at info@kissesbym.com

Due to Covid and every item being hand made there are absolutely no refunds! Exchanges! Returns! Nor Cancellations allowed.
